1. Please check the name spelling of each passenger and passenger's First & Last name will be exactly shown on their passport; Name correction is your responsible before issue the ticket.

2. After payment any error will be your liability. A form of payment means you have accepted our terms and conditions.

3. Make sure travel date and time is correct as your requirements before issue the ticket. Otherwise, there is an Airlines fees to change the date. Additional Ticketing office Service Charge $50 will be applied.

4. Six months valid passport required from last flight departure. Transit, destination, and visa requirement is your responsibility.

5. Electronic ticket will be issued and will send it to your nominated email address.

6. Promo, Negotiated and sell tickets are non-changeable and refundable as Airlines policies.

7. Voluntary request for Ticket Cancel, Refund, Date Change, Reissue, Revalidate is possible as Airlines Polices and there is no guarantee. It's totally depending on the fare rules. Additional $25 non-refundable booking fees applies for each ticket. Non-refundable Service fees $100 apply for each ticket, Ticketing Office fees (Depends on each Airlines) and Agent's Commission is non-refundable, and it will be applied on each ticket. Ticket Refund Processing time approximately 4-12 weeks and it's depending on each Airlines Refund Policies. You must remind us after 4 weeks from the date of refund Requested.

8. We recommend check-in 3 hours prior to departure at airport.

9. Full Passport details are required for Canada, USA , UK and Middle East Travellers and for some specific Airlines.

10. You must ask travel agent about your ticket fare rules before issue the ticket. After issuing the ticket it's not acceptable to blame agent. It's your responsibility to know about your ticket fare rules. A form of payment means you have accepted Airlines terms and conditions.
